high maintenance wants attention-easy answer nobody does all of that to be unnoticed either that or shes on drugs or was raised in a loud house typically children who around things that are loud speak loud not on purpose just because that's how they are but i doubt that's the case on account of the hyperness.
Is it normal for a women to be so hyper and loud ?
