I do not see how the 3 relate ? Firstly I do not think schools have anything agianst lipstick . The fact that a women is wearing it would be pretty normal even if it was a young girl ? becuase they have make up kits little girls like to play with . Thirdly are you implying that highschoolers are not suppose to have lipstick ? regardless of age wearing lipstick is normal for most ages of women to a degree .
