I'm 20 and I've been attracted to guys that age. It doesn't necessarily mean you have daddy issues, or that you're after him b/c he's a doctor, who obviously is pulling in the big bucks. It could just be the simple fact that you have a little crush. It happens.

And he might be acting the way he's acting because you both are at work, and he might notice that you're quite young. One wrong move on his part, could risk him losing his job... well, maybe not that extreme, but... the age difference might be why he's acting so distant. Other coworkers could talk.

It's hard t say, but I guess it's the position and the money he earn that attract u more. Im not saying that u are eyeing on his wealth. But it's normal for pp to go thru these stage, u should spend longer time t think if u are really interested in him or jus a fantasy, if not, once u express wad u are feeling now to him, things will get awkward if he don feel the same way to u.
