Is it normal that my mom always gets on my ass like im a little girl, im 18 years old, she hits me , shes always calling fat (im not even fat) she takes my phone away from me, and i pay my own phone . when she hits me i never try to hit her back but i want to n i know is wrong but im 18 she caint keep hiting me like a little girl, ugh i get so frustrated when shes talking mess to n i tell her to shut up n there she goes calling me fat n lazy , i work 5 days a week , 6am-4pm i know im not lazy, i clean my house her room da kitchen everything, i might go live with my boyfriend in a couple of months. is it normal for me to hate her ? help me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It sounds like your mom has a lot of issues but she's lashing out at you instead of addressing them. Move out if possible - but I'd rather move in with a room-mate than a bf, coz then you get stuck in that relationship.

Either your mom was treated this way as a teen or she had serious anger issues and has no one to take them out on but you. Tell a family member how your feeling & whats going on. Someone who can get thru to her in a conversation. My mom is kind of similar because she cant let "go" yet which is ridiculous but understandable.

Shit I'd hate her too, so normal? -fuck sounds like a bitch, move out &if she asks why tell her all the shit you took from her and next time she tries to hit you just grab her or do something that tells her you're sick of it idk grow some balls! I know it's hard to stand up to parents but my life changed because of it, for the better that is..Good luck!
