The other issue is after going to the toilet, its possible that you may not have wiped away every drop!
Another concern is that you could have an insect or even dust or germs fly up your dress in the wind.
Oh I thought of one more. It IS possible that your dress/skirt could fly up or others could see up your dress on an escalator or steps or something, depending upon how attractive you are (or not) you may upset others.

Just yesterday I saw some skanks ass cheeks in the Ikea store. She was reaching over abd didnt notice the bottom of her ass cheeks showed. I wanted to punch her in the face for being so sick!
