Pretty good so far, I'm an engineer working on a site of 26 buildings so I cover a fair distance and I take the stairs. I'm in the healthy bmi range but I don't have body builder muscle definition that's for sure!
Very well then. I don't exactly work out either but I'm never not in some sort of motion. I don't even know how many times I go up and down stairs every day and all that stuff so I guess we're even ;)
Is it normal I don't work out?
