Yeah, one time I had "spun" so much, I ran to the bathroom and threw up as if I was drunk...really? Lol.

Many people have different experiences. Myself I shake, feel like I'm floating,I here music in my head that I sing out loud too and hallucinate like I'm seeing everything as if it was a cartoon. I usually hallucinate so much worse when I'm drunk too ( it makes everything colorful for up to 2 days). Probably due I my severe psychosis.
