Imitating accents can be bloody funny and is usually good natured. If the people don't like it they should fuck off back to where they came from.

I hate that too! My family is Balkan and my mother gets a lot of shit because of it. She's been here for over ten years! She understands English she just has a thick accent.

I have a cuban friend that doesn't even have an accent. Then people do a "latina" accent and that's supposed to be her.

Unfortunately derker is right. People are just ignorant and if this annoys you the next time, the only thing you can do is correct them however you see fit. Angrily or politely.

Oh yeh imitating accents is really funny - im talking about when someone with an accent is talking to another person who starts to talk back in a basic English and imitate their accent slightly treating this person like a dumb fool that has to be spoken to like a moron for them to understand anything. So annoying
