Yes. Part of why inappropriate jokes are funny is because they're so inappropriate. I laugh at dead baby jokes but I would never laugh at a dead baby. It's nothing to feel bad about.
That said, I only find these type of jokes funny when the joke teller isn't serious (as in, they aren't actually a racist or a baby killer or something).
