It doesnt it bothers them and I have to hear about it , so thats the problem than I feel bad becuase I dont care what they think and I believe maybe I should and I dont so its a vicous cycle , I dont know myheart feels no care for things , but my knolledge of sociol standings and behavior leaves me wondering if it has somehow disrespected or dishonered my family somehow " . If that makes sense

Kind of... I'm guessing you're still pretty young... I know most people seem to put a lot of emphasis on appearance such as fitting gender roles, but it really isn't too important, what are people saying to you about it?? If they're only saying "you look like a man" you should ask "you got a problem with that?"

You should put a potato in your pants.

Unless you grow a beard, I can't see any problem.

People tend to think if you're not feminine then automatically you are masculine. I like the androgynous look. It's very hot.

WEll its like I have that versitiel look were if you change hiar and cloth depending determines weather thier a boy or a girl , kindve like with really young children were you can't always tell unless they have a dress or pants .so depending on how i style my hiar or wear my cloth is the most distguishing thing .

Yeah; same here. I'm mostly a tom boy. It's so much easier anyway then trying to get all fememine and waste a lot of time. I think dressing feminine is a "stereotype". Plus, I feel a lot better when I where my tom boy stuff, anyway. It also fits my personality, and I'm not a lesbian.

Im the same way and women cloth takes to much effort and is usually way more exspensive poeple dont realize how much a dress costs next to a pair of shirts and pants .

and you have to buy shoes for that dress you cant just wear flip flops or tennis shoes!

The standard of English on the polls / questions of this website has gone way down in the last few days haha

Anyway, most girls don't want to look like guys, so no it's not normal to not care. However, if you don't care, it doesn't matter.

I think it is great, anytime someone can be comfortable in their own skin and happy with their appearance! That goes a long way of making that person desirable and fun to be with.

Well if you're happy with yourself, it doesn't matter! Don't let anyone else change you. Just do whatever you feel comfortable with.
Comment Hidden (show)
That's cool :D I am a girl as well and wear baggy jeans and metal shirts! XD I dress for comfort. Not to have my tits falling out and then slap a dude for staring at them

I'm very androgynous and most of what I wear is from the men's department. I used to care about what others said, but somewhere I realized that I shouldn't give a flying fuck about what they say. Why change myself to make them happy if it'll only make me sad?
It's normal:)

Perfectly normal. I'm the same way. Not lesbian or anything, but I prefer vys clothes over girls because they are comfier, cheaper, n less of a hassle. Of course I do my hair and makeup like most girls do, usually pulling my hair into a ponytail and throwing some mascara and eye liner on, but after that, It's completely normal. I don't care what other people think. Does It really matter? My friends accept me, my family accepts me, even my boyfriend accepts it. He tastes me for wearing my cousins hand me downs, but he understands. It's perfectly normal, no big deal.
