I change my toothbrush monthly, or sooner if it looks like it needs it. I also give it a soak in hydrogen peroxide now and then too. But nothing beats using a brand new one! I feel like my teeth are getting extra clean because the bristles are not all bent or frayed yet. So, on New Toothbrush Days I look forward to brushing my teeth, every other day it's just a chore.

I know what you mean! I love the feeling of a new, strong toothbrush.

Such a good feeling. It's like putting on socks when they're fresh from the dryer.

So did I. Especially the 'new, strong toothbrush'. Almost spluttered tea onto my monitor.

I just have to try that now. I usually only replace mine when it's worn out.

I like tooth brushes that are broken in a lil

Yeah, that's normal! Although you change your toothbrush monthly...or possibly sooner, you could actually use the same one for 3 months before switching it out! The ADA recommends changing it every 3 to 4 months, but I never go longer than 3 months!
