I do it. Just remember to stop when other people enter the room. I dont even care if people see it anymore.

I sometime cant even hold a conversation up with myself! i find myself kind of dull! and then myself gets all butt hurt and starts crying so then myself starts to feel bad and starts apologizing to myself for how fucked up it was that i said so then myself forgives myself and we go hand have make up sex!

It's very healthy and normal to throw your thoughts out there even if people all around you snicker. I've noticed those same people who smirk at me have ALSO talked to themselves when they think that no one is paying attention :D
