Is it normal Im obsessed with cartoons made for ten year olds ?

Ok I still watch cartoon network , and I love adventure time , I also watch reguluar show , anime , spongbob, all these other cartoons . I always have even in middle school at 11 year old becuase at 11 you were frowned apon if you watched cartoons still for some reason . But I am a adult legally im not a super older adult like 60 but I kindve thinking is it wierd that me as a young adult still watches kid cartoons ? OO I know thier for like 10 -13 year olds and down but I love these shows .. am I wierd OO

Totally normal, Spongebob is hilarious! The uncut versions of some animes aren't for children actually because they contain some profanity, violence, etc. I've seen some people here with crushes on cartoon/anime characters, even to the point of obsession, so don't feel weird lol

I saw Deadman Wonderland coming a mile away. After DeathNote ended, I started reading Deadman and it actually became indie popular so it was just a matter of time before they put on Adult swim. Although, I'm not looking forward to the Annoying Orange show, it just looks stupid. Can't wait for the new episode of Adventure Time and Regular Show tonight. Oh and tomorrow CN gives a new episode of Total Drama Revenge of the Island.

omgod I know I love adventure time one the coolest shows on tv right now. you know I liked the annoying oarnge on the internet but they decided to change the concept which makes it not even funny anymore its just dumb I feel bad for whoever sold the right of annoying oarnge I am sure they are sad to see how badly the producers failed .

Cartoon Network is crap since 2004. You are not normal. lol

Ever since they added the ''new stuff'' it became bad. Horrible!

I would watch it if it had the oldschool schedule..late 90's stuff. Im 19 myself.

I agree, I usually find myself watching Boomerang.

The only decent newer CN shows are The Looney tunes Show Total Drama Island, and Regular Show.

Except For Phineas and Ferb and Gravity Falls, Disney Is pure Crap.

Nick is pretty good, Especially Avatar the last airbender and Fairly oddparents.

Also, The Hub has Batman, Tranformers prime, and MLP:fim

The rest is crap

my ex gf used to watch cartoons on nick when we were 17 i wouldn't watch them on my own though the only cartoons i can watch are adult cartoons.

Most of those shows are made for adults... You know fin from adventure time is supposedly in his 20s and I know mordecai and rigby are 23 xD
I'm 20 and I watch cartoons that really are for little kids like PBS and nick jr shows... Lately I've been really into cyberchase and krats creatures (the new one I forgot what itscalled)

No I know that for a fact is wrong he is not 20 at all he is 13 in the original skit he is 12 and jake is 28 , and in the original internet cartoon his nme is pin not fin so you are completely wrong on that one I am sorry to say , also yes I realize that rigby and mordecia are in thier 20s and they would have to be somewere around that age . Even if you have the belief Adventure times for adults they are not the ages you stated it notes thier real ages a number of times in the series and in the original skit of adventure time that you can find online.

Oh ok, I read somewhere that Princess bubblegum is 21 (actually she's 18) so I thought finn would have to be around the same age since he likes her (?) I dont watch that show a lot

Cartoons are awsome as long as there not made for 5 year old little girls ! lol like my little ponies & such but yea I still I love cartoons from cartoons for children to cartoons for adults I just dont have cable anymore :*( when I get cable back ile still be watching cartoon network. (PS I Havent had cable for over a year when I had cable Ben 10 Ultimate Alien,Flapjack,Chowder,Some show with a racoon and a bird,& a show with a blue cat were still new shows god knows whats on now :O

LOL . I do not understand what the new my little pony has that is so fantastic that its attracting little boys and teenage boys ? I mean really thier is now 20 year old guys saying look look I watch a cartoon made for 3 year old little girls . I think anything for little girls should stay that way I mean why is thier boys and girls watching transformers . Becuase it doesnt suck ! Honestly I think many little girl shows and girl shows in general are only attractive to females becuase it has elements that draw girls specificly like the over exageration of the color pink . Which I would hate to admit but I am a sucker for pink no matter what I am drawn to pink and I think many women have some internal girl instict that will attract them to girl things nomatter what . Like the colar pink and cute things . I know it is a stereotype but I will bet anything you can find the most butch , strong , toughest body building women and she will have something super cute or super girly either hidden in her room or on the internet connected to her . I do not know why this will be attracted to boys I mean honestly mens media is better than womens media why would they want to come to the girls side ? I do not get it .

The new one is actually a lot more gender neutral than its candy bowl atmosphere would suggest. It's nothing like the past shows were. The characters are not all girly girls(just one is), and Its pretty funny. There is actually some depth to it. It was made so that both kids and parents can enjoy it.

Kinda Like Foster's Home for Imaginary friends. (Lauren Faust also wrote episodes for that one)

If you are a fan of cartoons, and especially if you were a fan of Power Puff Girls or Fosters,
you might enjoy this.

Also, I see no reason why a guy cant like something for girls and still be into more "manly" things.
(I saw a Dodge challenger with Rainbow Dash on the side of it)

But hey, everyone's different, so what might appeal to some wont appeal to others.

Depends a lot on how old you are. If you're 50 say, then that's a bit odd, but if you are young then it's not so weird. How old are you, by the way?
