It's normal if you're christian, but if you "spill your seed" for the purpose of keeping healthy ones at the ready, somewhat like discarding a really old bullet for a new one, then I see no need for shame in the first place. Stay classy san diego!

Its totally normal. I used to feel that way too... I don't know exactly how I got over it, I guess I embraced my sexuality. But feeling guilty is completely normal, though there really is no reason to.
