Ok, I know it sounds a little weird, so I will explain. My cousin and I have always been close, like sisters. I've always been an only child, so my cousins have been like my siblings. Now that she's pregnant, her and her partner want to have their child call me Auntie. I'm really thrilled at the idea, and of course it has nothing to do with creepy incest. We figure this might seem weird, but we can be the first ones to do it! They are also making one of her best friends an Aunt too. I just was wondering how others think about this after my explanation.

Plus, I call my mom's cousins my aunts and uncles because they're way older than me and it just seems disrespectful to call them by their first names because of the age difference.
