I'm 21 and raising my 5 year old daughter on my own, so yeah I don't know jackshit about what the hell I'm doing. I'm vegan, but I let her eat meat until she chooses not to. I've been trying to introduce her to foods that are better for her, she's thin so I wanted her to gain a bit, so I've been trying to feed her grilled ground beef and grilled chicken breast. She pretends that she can't swallow it and that it tastes awful and she fake gags, but it's just literal straight up beef and chicken, bland as hell it can't be that bad. She's a skinny kid, and really just eats "kid food" like nuggets, hot dog, grilled cheese, and then fruits and veggies. I'm tryna get her healthy and gain some weight on her, advice?
