Me and my fwb had it clear that it was just sex and we werent in a relationship or anything. So today she called me in the morning and woke me up and I told her I was at this other girls house. She asked if I had slept with her and I said well obviously, why else would I be here in the morning. She didnt say anything for a moment then said oh. I told her she shouldnt have a problem with this and she said she had to go and hung up. I texted her later and she didnt respond so I havent been able to talk to her since then. Whats her problem? Is it normal a girl cant handle being a fwb?

I'm sure I'll get a lot of flak for saying this, but don't think you did anything wrong (although it is normal she's upset).

I agree with you. They weren't dating, they weren't committed or emotionally invested, they were just friends enjoying each other's "company" in a very physical way.

It's understandable that she's hurt, but that's kind of the point of a FWB relationship... no commitment. o.o Sounds to me like she was hoping it was gonna turn into something more.

This is why most people don't do FWB. Someone usually ends up getting hurt. Otherwise everyone and their grandmother would have a FWB.

Well you live, you learn I guess.

I think it's normal. I believe we can handle the fwb arrangement. We want to be your ONLY fwb.

Erm, why should he?
She "agreed" to being friends with benefits, nothing more. If she couldn't handle that, it's her fault, not his.
He is in no way a dumbass for doing what she agreed to.

FWB's don't work. No matter who you are, unless you're a sociopath or something, emotions will always get involved with sex. Every generation thinks they've got it figured out, and they can have free sex, but it never works.

So does that make me a sociopath for not feeling emotionally conflicted in this situation? Ofcourse not. People can do it for casual fun, and if one can do it and the other can't and gets emotiona, that's their fault.

I do think y'all should've clarified if it would be okay to sleep with other people or not. That might sound a little odd, but some people like to only have one FWB at a time. It makes it safer, so you don't have to worry about STDs or anything like that.

Women can handle anything men can...perhaps its the way you handled yourself. A. You should have called her back later instead of answering-you sleep together-no need to talk about getting laid last night B. "well obviously, why else would I be here in the morning" condescending sarcasm? Does she deserve that? C.fwb or not if you're sleeping with someone you should be sensitive to their feelings. Maybe she'll get a little jealous but still be cool with the arrangement-as her friend you should be able to talk to her kindly and maturely about it rather than throwing it in her face.

She's a lover with benefits, goodbye friendship.
