I would not be surprised if you're in the US. Americans are very hung-up about anything that is perceived as sexual in any way. Siblings kissing on the cheek is perfectly fine. Hell, in some countries family kiss full on the lips and it's not seen as sexual at all. Anyone who tells you it's weird, tell them to fuck off and get over it.

I think this is fine you don't need to worry about what other people think your sister is only doing this cause she loves you and if you told your sister to stop then she might think its cause you think it's wierd and it'll make her feel wierd so ignore anyone who tells you it's wierd they don't have a right to say anything about it ok :)

Yes, that's completely normal. I haven't kissed my sister since I was really young but sometimes my mom gives me a peck on the lips if we've gone a really long time without seeing each other. It's a family thing. There's a lot of cultures where people kiss each other on the lips as a greeting, including grown men.
