My question is not phrased correctly. I'm almost 30. I've lived and work in about 5 countries around the world in the last 12 years. I've been to school just to discover that my major sucks. I've toured with a band and thought I'd live and die as a musician. I've been a buddhist monk, I've been married. I've had a bunch of near death experiences.
The point is - I still have no idea what I want to do. And the longer I live the smaller is the list of the things that I even wanna try. The last thing I want is to settle down and tie myself in a slipknot of matrimony and mortgage for some suburban shithole. The idea of having kids is even more messed up.
So maybe it's not "is it normal" question.. I just wanna see how many other people are living the same way, or.. consider this lifestyle proper.

It's never too late to make a career happen though.
Besides 30 is def. not too old to start a career.
Besides -excitinig things never end. Everytime I return home and say "ok, f*ck it.. I'm actually getting a proper job" something pops up adn the next thing I know I'm buying a plane ticket somewhere again.
