Lately I've been getting to bed really late and waking up past noon, I'd really like to stop staying up late and start going to bed early and waking up early. I just can't bring myself to do it.
Has anyone ever overcome this problem, if so can I get some tips lol. Thank you.

Its totally normal, but if you want to regulate your sleeping patern all you gotta do is take some tylenol pm around 6pm and you feel it by 8 or so then you sleep :) and you get into the pattern of it but you can't just do it for one night and then go back to staying up late or it doesn't work

You got to get up early and fight the fatigue all day so you can go to bed early the next night; that's what works for me. It can take 2 or 3 days to really get in the groove. I find that its too hard to sleep to just try and go to bed earlier. For 2 or 3 days, you will be tired all the time until your system adjust but you got to keep on getting up early and staying up all day. All's it takes is willpower.

I'll do this and get in a good groove but then eventually, I'll end up taking a huge nap during daytime and it's all to start over again. It can be weeks of doing good but too long of nap and I end up starting to stay up late again.

After you've stayed up all night, you have to just stay awake until like 8 or 9 the next- just drink some coffee until like noon, and that should keep you awake until then.

You sound depressed or/and physically ill.

Exercise all day, do errands, and don't sit around. You'll want to be in bed by 9, pinky swear.
