We live in a world where those with certain attributes of strength are discouraged from using that attribute. Usually physical strength. Men are discouraged from being violent to women, the able-bodied are discouraged from abusing the disabled, adults are discouraged from beating children. I support all this and think it is right.
Are we right to allow those with other strengths the free rein to use their strengths without censure? Women have skills that men do not and nobody suggests it is unfair or unjust to use them for advantage. It is part of life, as male physical domination once was.
Should women be legally required to not cause harm to men? I fully expect outrage at this strange argument but think hard before you answer.

Never let anyone get away with wronging you, ever.
I'm a little confused by this, OP. What skills do women have that men don't?
To answer your reply to Nobleserpent; no, it wouldn't rank both sexes equal. Males have stronger bodies, and they're faster. So skills that require strength and speed, males obviously do better. This isn't to say that women aren't strong or fast, just that men are stronger and faster
Women are more emotionaland more caring, so they are more likely to look after children than men. That's not to say men can't look after children or be emotional, it just means women are better at being emotional and caring.
Even if they were skills though how would a woman use PMS, Menstraul Cycle, or Birth to their advantage?
Perhaps in a alternate realm, women can use them like superpowers.
When it comes to "skills" wouldn't both sexes rank as equal?
As far as the issue of physical strength goes, strength and harming others go hand in hand. What right do we have to harm the disabled? Am I God, do I somehow have the almighty ability to decide who does and does not deserve to live peacefully? No. Anyone who harms the weak for the sake of harming the weak is an asshole. Anyone who harms anyone for the sake of harming anyone is an asshole.
It's not about strength. Hell, strength is a very important attribute in society. But we can't just walk around beating the weak relentlessly because our physical strength is the only thing that matters and we are somehow superior to them because of it. If physical strength is all that matters, then people like Einstein (and DEFINITELY Hawking) or many other of the great geniuses of the world would have been killed long before they could have contributed to society.
The bottom line is, we live in a society. We have to obey certain rules so we can all survive. If you don't like it, then move to Africa and see how well your theory pans out. Come back and tell us when you're finished.
I don't expect to hear back from you.
NO gender should harm the other. regardless of your view on strength.
except of course in the case of self defense. you have the right to defend yourself from harm. even if you offend someone in doing so
As for "strength" - you are only looking at one kind of strength.
To me REAL strength isn't in how well you overpower someone else - but instead in how well you can fight yourself.
