I sewed mostly by myself for the first time in my life today. Anywayz, i made a stupid mistake that didnt really matter anyway because it still worked. I wasnt paying attention and i put the top end of the needle into the foam and zipper. I was mtrying to make it look like an alien outfit which it pretty much does. I jabbed myself. At first, i thought the top part of the needle actually stabbed me but thrn i realized i put the top end of the neefle through the foam and the needle was upside down and the pointy end was the end that jabbed me. This story probably just tells you that i dont pay enough attention to life.
