It happens when your entering a new state of your sleepiing wich is called REM (Rapid Eye Movements), it&apos;s the state when your dreams happen. The fact is that your consciouness at this time should be off but it is on, normally you would not wake wake up but you do. It&apos;s not a disease, many people experience that, the voices you hear are hypnagogic hallucinations, kind of a wake up dream. Just relax, it can be frightening but it&apos;s not abnormal.
