Your opinion is not valid. Not all opinions are equal some are sound logically based on premises that are true and backed up by hard science or softer social science research others are formed after a few observations of single incidences or are direct appeals to authority which are later discovered to be wrong. Also everything you or anyone believes is an opinion nothing is fact. If there were a such thing as facts the nature of science would be very different. Science is never finished with a topic things can always be better explained some things in science are extremely well supported but our views are never complete. It is an opinion that the big bang happened an opinion that is supported by a plethora of evidence but still an opinion that could be uprooted and proven wrong. It is also an opinion that the bowel movement I took yesterday is responsible for the creation of the universe. These are both opinions but you cannot honestly tell me that they are equally valid.
If you believe in science, not all people do. It was invented by man and could be wrong as we don't know anything for certain. Any opinion is valid, thats what makes it an opinion in the first place, a seperate ideal no more or less logical in a universe beyond human comprehension. Nothing can actually be proven, science, god and the truth of existence. We don't know because we CAN'T know. Also if you have so little trust in science walk to work because the engineers that designed your car used scientific principles don't walk acrossed a bridge because the civil engineer used scientific principles. We can never know anything for a 100 percent certainty about the world but when a theory describes, predicts, and logically explains a phenomenon we can say that there is a certain amount of validity to it.
