I think he is such an amazing guy with an amazing imagination with the stuff he cooks. i would love to just try a few of his recipes. iin to find him an inspiration? does anyone inspire you to do better with your passions?

To be honest, I could have posted this myself. He's one of my inspirations. He did a TV series a few years back reworking classic recipes and I got the book for Christmas one year.

Now if I could just get my hands on some liquid nitrogen. :)

P.S. He actually makes me proud of British cooking. We're world-leaders again in high end food.
