I love night staying up till 6Am in the morning and sleeping to 1:00-2:00.... I am not lazy I just enjoy the night... I like it so much it becomes a habit.. if i got to bed at 8:30pm.. I will wake up at 3:00am and not go to sleep again my body and my mind loves the night.. Also in your opinion what one sounds healthier and better going to bed at 8:00 and waking at 3:00 morning or staying up and waking at middle of day..Thanks tell me your stories :).

It didn't work when I had to get up for work every day and go into an office. So I'd say if you're just starting out on your career you'd be better going to bed early and getting up early. At least then, you'd be well presented and ready to work. Employers value people who can get into work early or at least on time.
It's really hard to fight your natural body clock but you can try a night mask to make you think it's dark and later than it is.
