Is it normal that I can't be creative with my art??

I want to too. I'll see beautiful artworks in my head, but I can never excute it on paper. I have a slightly easier time doing it on my computer.

Same here. The art I put on paper almost never looks like the way it did when I pictured it in my head. Sometimes it turns out better, but most of the time it's worse.
