I've never been the skinniest girl, but I'm now on the brink of being overweight and I'm questioning my health. Ive always been a big eater, but recently I've not been able to control what I eat - I've eaten about 2L of icecream in the past week. Is this normal, and what can I do to stop it?????? Please help. Next time you feel that way, try doing something else to change your mood. You could listen to a favourite song, call a friend or write something instead.
