Well I'm really hard on myself, all the time, actually. I tell my friends and family to stop cursing themselves, yet I do it more than anyone else. Hypocrite, is what I am. If I mess up on something,I come down on myself hard. Ex: "Wow, nice going you idiot." "You are such a hypocrite, you mean nothing." "You are really worthless and pathetic." "Your life is a joke." "Why are you even alive?"

You're being too harsh on yourself, but we all have moments like that. I find it very hard to forgive myself if I do something wrong or I feel like I've failed myself. I don't hate myself for the sake of it though.

Everybody is a hypocrite. As for being hard on yourself, well you are your own worse critique. Personally, I'm the same way, probably to a much more extreme level. Nobody's perfect, and not everyone knows when to say the right things and how. I bet you even Jagger had troubles some time. Point is, you shouldn't be hard on yourself, it happened and the best things about our mistakes is that we can learn from them.
