I've always had this ambition, I never wanted to go to a college. I've always wanted to immediantly join the work force as soon as I leave High School in 2 years. I have two friends that pursue the same goals. Is this normal? How do I tell people I'm not college material?

Totally normal. Keep as many doors open for yourself as you can though. You might change your mind later. And you don't want to have torpedoed your options.
