I believe the human decision-making process is guided entirely by factors such as upbringing, experiences, influences, knowledge, genes, mental peculiarities, spontaneous ideas, and countless other factors I may have never even thought of, some nearly incomprehensible. When stripped of these factors, a person is just an empty shell, incapable of reasoning. I don't believe that humans are responsible for their own actions under any circumstances. I believe Gandhi could have been Hitler under the right circumstances.
