It sound's a bit weird, i'm ok with my own things but for example if someone else hands me their phone all I think is I don't want to touch that it's dirty, especially if they smoke or anything. I do the same thing with most objects. I wash my hands a lot, like 30 times a day and use hand cream obsessively ! If I wash my hands and don't use hand cream even once my hands feel really dry like their going to crack.
I also have other things like I have to brush my teeth twice before bed (used to be three times but now I use mouth wash instead to replace the third time) or I wont sleep it will just stay on my mind. I also have to do little things until they hit an even number that feels right, like sometimes I put pressure on my finger tips using other fingers but instead on one I have to do each 10 times. And other things too but this is already getting lengthy! Sorry!!
I'm not trying to suggest OCD or anything by the way, I have seen people on here get upset over that. I did have an eating disorder for years and I got better about a year and a half ago and my little habbit's have been getting worse lately and I'm wondering if the compulsion I used to feel are now moving onto my other habbit's.
Has anyone else had anything like this?

That is the dividing factor.

In order to be officially diagnosed with OCD, your symptoms would have to be "clinically significant". (I suppose that means "pretty serious")
At this stage, it may not be something to worry about, but if it prevents you from adequately performing standard or necessary tasks for a normal life, you should get it checked out.
