Is it normal that I drink a lot of water to...?

I do this thing where I drink a LOT of water, about a liter, in a very short amount of time (say, 10-15 minutes) just to feel fat and bloated, and then when I pee I feel super skinny and thin? It makes me feel as if I lost weight, even though I didn't. I do this multiple times a day, and my father says I'll get sick if I drink so much. Is it normal?

Drinking water to fill the stomach is often used as a diet tip because it leaves less room for food. One thing to be wary of, though, competitive eaters use water to stretch their stomach prior to competitions, meaning they then have room for more food.

No, it's not normal. It sounds like you're trying to do the water diet, which doesn't really work. If you want to lose weight eat vegetables and fruits.

A lot of people do this, some people get sexual pleasure out of it, just look up bloating on youtube

Whether it's normal or not, you're hydrated. make sure you drink some gatorade too, you don't want to flush too many electrolytes out of your system.
