Is it normal that I facebook stalk other girls?

I think stalking someone would be gathering information about someone for no legit reason, or finding where they live and creeping on them. I call looking at people's pages "lurking," not "stalking." I look at people just out of curiosity, even if they're not on my friend list. And I look at girls on my crush's profile, just to make sure they're nothing more than friends. I tend to get paranoid :/ lol
