o my! the 1st comment is wrong... what i mean is its possible!! :p coffee do contain caffeine, caffeine are stimulants, and stimulant means to stimulate and doesnt directly means that u need to be awake! our body reacts differently depending on some factors (w/c i dont know... :)) based on my experience... (BTW im a heavy-coffee drinker) when u r addicted or dependent on a certain thing, u just tend to be accustomed to it and everytime u take it, its effect lessens... thats why now im putting 4 teaspoon of coffee on my daily mug because the effect that im looking for is not achievable on lesser amounts... also accrdng to studies, the side effects of caffeine is, itll make u more tired, drowsy and ull experience palpitations when the stimulating effect is gone.
stimulants differs to depressants... what u r experiencing is possible but i can say that its not normal because ur body reacts differently...
