Sounds more like abscess videos than cyst videos. Cysts can get infected and cause an abscess but as a whole, cysts wont pop like that. I have had cysts on the back of each wrist (unnoticeable unless I bend it the right way) for years, and had to have one taken out because of discomfort. It was full of a clear puss like fluid.

As far as normal, I find it to be like a train wreck, I put my hands over my eyes like I don't want to see it, but I am always watching between my fingers!
