Is it normal that I hate my stomach?

I'm not overweight, but my stomach pokes out a little bit. You can't tell very easily when I'm wearing jeans, but when I'm naked or in a bikini, you can tell that my stomach pokes out a half inch or so, just above my crotch. When I look at it, I feel anxious and sick. My hipbones are covered in fat, and sometimes I just can't deal with it. Is it normal to be this freaked out by this?

My diet is restrictive. I've lost weight. It seems like I hate it no matter how much I lose.

I can't do yoga very often for medical reasons.

It gets smaller with weight loss, but I'm worried that it won't be flat unless I get way too thin.

Just buy pants that fit you. Avoid the muffin top

The muffin top kills me. How do I deal with it with bikinis, though? It seems like any bikini bottom that's secure enough to stay on gives me a little bit of muffin top.

Well there are two options.
1. Buy a 1 piece if it really bothers you that much.

2. Buy a bikini with a higher rise bottom.

You don't need to shop mod cloth, it's too expensive I just want you to see what it looks like. I had a friend (who also had a bit of a muffintop) with a swimsuit that looks just like this one and she looks fantastic in it. It just looks vintage and cute.
