Since I was little I loved drinking milk out of the carton or having a tall glass of cold milk by itself. I love milk so much, I even started eating it with regular meals.. Before I thought it was pretty common, because I'd always eat cereal drowned in milk or sweet bread with milk but when my friends were over my house one day they told me I drank too much milk. And it's not dairy products.. because I don't really like yogurt, and I rarely eat cheese. But Milk is just so damn good to me.... =( is that bad?

That's fine! I drink milk at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's very important to drink milk, and so many people don't drink enough of it. Keep drinking your milk!

I've never been a big fan of cow's milk and have started switching to soya milk. I'm also experimenting with other types such as rice and almond milk.

i must admit, ive never had soy milk before. and ever couple of months i may have a liitle milk with a bowl of cereal. but it has to be skim. and that's only a couple times a year. the last time i had a regular glass of milk was in '95 and i immediately threw up afterwards. milk just doesn't do my body good.
