For those who don't know (and from seeing the people on IIN, I'd say that's a lot of you) the Shema is one of the most important Jewish prayers, which proclaims that there's one God.
I don't know how many other people say prayers before going to sleep. I mainly do it because it's something I've been doing for years, and it seems like something reliable in a world that always changes. Is it normal?
