That's funny, I do this too, but with other things as well. With the microwave ill usually set it for like 2 minutes and try to run and go pee and be back before its done. I also will turn on my computer, run downstairs and try to pour a drink and get back to my desk before its booted up, I thought I was alone :)

Not really. I'll return to what I'm doing, or go pee/make bed/wipe counter/etc, before times up. I don't pretend, I just like the timing element--it's productive.

lol i do that , and the previously mentioned toilet flush thingy . Plus in the middle of the night when i want to get a snack i have to sneak downstairs without making a single sound that i can hear , (except breathing because for some reason you can hear your breathing 10x louder than anyone else ) so yeah if I make a sound or even wake my parents up thats when its Mission failed .
