You are the one that said you didn't believe in the death penalty. I am for it. Just not for people that never killed anyone. I think he should be set free and if he ever actually kills anyone then kill him, simple as that. What about all the other non lifers that you have to pay for? Should they all kill themselves as well? Also, just to be a smart ass I will say that I don't actually think you have the authority to send me any bill. lol Also, Charlie is in Corcoran STATE prison in California. I don't live in California so I don't pay the CA state taxes to keep him up, and if you don't live in California, you have never spent a dime to keep him up either.
