When I first got my iPhone I was scared to charge it when it wasn't on red, because I was told that it would break. So, let's say I had to go somewhere the next day. Then I would use all of my battery life until it hit red and then I would charge it.
I don't do it anymore, because I know it isn't that fragile. So is or was that normal?

The people at the store I got it from told me that, it was never in the iPhone instructions.
People have actually gotten mad at me for leaving my phone on charge.
Don't know if it's true though.
