It's normal that you want it. Society is unfairly more easier on female cross dressers then male ones. I cross dress. I'm a very androgynous person, but I wouldn't work somewhere if they insisted that I dressed like a female or if they gave me a hard time. I'm sorry that you have to deal with this bullshit. It makes me sad that all cross dressers don't have the same rights. Why aren't people protesting for equality on this?!

Well, when you're working for someone you have to remember that there's rules you have to follow. Everything you do you represents them/your boss. Not only the way you dress is important, but the way you speak, how efficient your work is, yada yada.

I work with someone who was at first a cross-dresser and is now a post-op transsexual. Admittedly, I work in a very liberal-minded sector, but there's nothing to stop you doing that too.

In short, yes, you should have that right, but you may find it easier to claim in some places than others.

Dude, I know it sucks, but there are rules that you have to follow at work, and the dress code is one of the simplest ones to follow.

I would love to wear my countless tanktops at work, but we're required to at least look respectable, and wear shirts that cover the shoulders... which sucks for me, since my wardrobe consists mostly of t-shirts and tanktops. It's just something you're gonna have to deal with.

Of course you should,unless theres a specific type of uniform that everyone needs to wear.
