Is it normal that I want to cry when people touch my abdomen

When people poke me, touch me, jokingly hit me on or near the abdomen ...I just want to go into a secluded room and cry. I don't want people feeling the fat, it's embarrassing. I'm not considered fat in society standards but I still have problems with how I look. Telling them to stop touching me won't help either.
