When I die, I want: no funeral or obituary, my body to be donated to science anonymously, all my belongings thrown out, donated or sold(to pay off debts), to have my schoolwork, writings, art, anything I had made during my lifetime and photos of me burned, my digital existence deleted (email, Facebook, computer files, ect) and use all my remaining assets to pay off my debt, basically erase as much of my earthly presence as legally possible. I don't want to burden my family's lives with my affairs when I die.
I'm not depressed, upset or suicidal. I just feel that, when death happens, to leave as little earthly baggage as possible, to just quietly disappear into time, would be the most liberating death.
Is this normal?

Whether or not I agree (in his case, I do), I think the most important thing is respecting the wishes of the dead.
You may perhaps change your mind about your wishes when you meet someone and perhaps have a family and extended family of your own. But whatever you wish, I hope it gets respected.
