I think I'm too fat, there for I want to punish myself for eating calories. but how can I do that? I tried cutting but a friend of mine wanted me to stop so I'm trying to stop. help please?

Sidenote: The first workout you'll do, will suck. All the ones after though, will give you a nice energy burst and will help you maintain higher energy overall.
