Seems to me like u just cant seem to put that face mask everyone puts on their first dates...i think u wanna be urself and therefore this makes u nervous and just dont wanna bother with the whole ordeal.Jutst relax,when the time is right ull feel it inside ur heart

Be yourself. If you don't feel comfortable going on a date, you can refuse without saying fuck off. Feeling obligated is what is putting tension in the relationships; if you find someone you dont feel pressured to date, the relationship will be much more enjoyable.

Though enjoyable, random sex is not so healthy, with STD's and all that.

I see some of myself in you. For me dating is not a option, though.

You don't have to say 'yes' to anyone who ask you out. It is your choice completely.
Turning someone away does not have be to rude either. You could just say that you're in a part of your life where you can't dedicate time to a relationship. Or, where a wedding band so they won't approach you. ;)

What is important, is that you take time to get comfortable with who you are. Find out who you want to be and then become that person. Once you're secure with yourself, you most likely won't feel like this anymore. Good luck!

I kinda do the same thing. I don't know why but I just ... I don't know. Its weird. My friend says that if theres one thing he dislikes about me, its my lack of commitment. But the thing is, that I really do wanna commit, but just to someone that I really like. Someone I don't feel forced to go out with. And it seems like most of the time, the ones that wanna commit are the ones I'd rather not commit to. And then it seems like if I say no in the nicest way I possibly can, I'm made to feel guilty about it, because the person I said no to goes on about it. So then I'm forced to say yes, and then its an uncomfortable situation for me. :(

I understand how you feel though. I never thought dating could be so hard. But when the feelings just aren't there, I can't make myself move forward. And I'm actually in this predicament with two different people right now. I'm not dating either one, but they both are giving me shit about not giving them a chance. One of them I actually did give a chance to, but it ended after like a month or so, because I just couldn't let myself move forward. Plus, he kind of moved too fast for me so it wasn't gonna work anyway.

Why have so many people said this is normal!?!?!? WTF seriously!

Well it is normal for example I hate people and dating involves people ! hehe

But seriously just tell them that yoo are busy "that day" and have a lazy day with a face mask, bubble bath and some ice cream (: x
