I always feel the same right before I go biking or jogging but when I'm finally out and doing it, I feel so much better and more energized.

Just get UP off it and move. Move! Right now!!!

I'll admit life can get pretty boring. It's normal, if anything I suggest you go outside and do something for yourself, even if you don't want to go outside. Who knows maybe life will surprise you.

change something in your life for the better like a new job or a an an appreciation for latvian literature. Maybe that will inject some purpose to your life......... oh and red bull..... lots and lots of red bull.

well when i sleep more than 10 hours i get like that too. So everyday i always sleep 6 to 9 30 hours........

Who on earth is doing the boring chores to keep you alive? Who's shopping for food, paying bills, washing clothes, etc?

Oh that' right, you're a teenager and your parents are running themselves ragged after you!!

Normal but not normal! people go through phases
I get bored often then try and be stimulated, not good too often but being bored is a good sign sometimes,. as better than being as happy as a pig in shit sitting doing nothing. There are lots of things to do you just need to look about.

I used to do the same thing and really I think it has to do with your sleep schedule. Were meant to go to sleep at night and wake up in the morning! Get your schedule back on track, try going to bed at a decent time (midnight at latest) and wake up around 8-9am, and try and stay up the whole day. Drink some coffee in the morning if you feel like you might get sleepy later. Being tired and lethargic make you not wanna do ANYTHING so if you have lots of energy you'll start feeling like getting out there again =)

I have the same problem. I try to get to bed, and I do have a job, school, ecc. I just dont care about any of them.

I love to sleep and lay in bed on my laptop and iPod all day but my parent make me get up... :/
