I am 17 and I absolutely hate my body I'm not overweight and not anorexic but I constantly work out and eat as heathy as I can so I can have a hot body but no matter how hard I try I see other women with slim and hot figures and some don't even try hard I feel so ugly bout my body and I get so frustrated with my body. I just want a flat stomach !!!! Why won't it happen and my boobs are that saggy other girls have these plump bums and round boobs and nice slim tanned stomach :( I feel so bad right now couse I didn't work out today

Love yourself!! You won't ever be happy just keep working out and eating healthy. Your only 17 stop compareing yourself to older women. You have plenty of time to fully develope.

Society is the ugly one, not you. As shackleford said you're probably a very attractive girl but don't know it. You shouldn't stress about not being a size 0 because I guarantee you that there is someone out there who probably thinks you're perfect just the way you are.

Don't be hating your body. You are not fat, yet you are feeling this way. Does it ever enter your mind that those girls whose bodies you want to have might think the same about themselves. Hey, maybe they wish they could change something about themselves too.

What you see is not how it is. That being said, what is hot is perceived by all of us differently. Just because you do not have a slim waist does not mean that you are not hot. Just because they have slim bodies does not mean that they are happier.

Thinking this way about yourself will lead you down a path of self destruction; you could destroy your physical and mental well-being if you continue to choose to feel this way.

My advice to you is to set up a plan for yourself. If it is really imperative that you have a slim waist, plump bums and round boobs, set up a workout plan which will target all those areas.

The tummy part can be solved by doing 50 sit ups a day trust me (: just make sure your eating right & eating fibre & don't over do anything like exercise because itl just become obsession. Everything in moderation ! Oh & I'm sure you are perfect the way you are (: x

I'd just like to give a tip here, sincr you mention your tummy alot. Women have a natural build up of fat around the tummy area for bearing children and what not, so if your doing crunchies/situps, or other workouts to slim your belly, it actually only makes it look bigger! I have this same problem. If you work out your belly to much you build up muscle under the fat and it looks bigger than before you started working out! So maybe cut back on your belly exercises and see how that works out for you?

That's cuz loads of girls use push ups that make they're boobs look round and shit. And women are supposed to have some fat around they're tummy, so calm it. Eat heaøthy and work out regularly, but don't exhaust yourself, it's not healthy..
