Just don't even think about it. If you brood on yourself too much your self esteem will be affected and women aren't terribly attracted to men with weak self image.
Trust me, there is always someone who will love you the way that you are. All of us find some people attractive. What I find attractive, others may say that it isn't.
My advice is to stop feeling that way, compliment yourself and boost your confidence. All those who stand in your way can stuff it.

some of the ugliest celebrities are married to the most beautiful women in the world. work on your personality and pursue things you actually like... like sports? make yourself more well-rounded and focus on becoming an interesting person. have fun and try to learn how to love yourself in your own skin. eventually, doing these things will make you irresistible. who can resist a man who loves his life and is happy with who he is with or without a woman?

If you don't think you're ugly, you're not. Girls like guys who are confident and comfortable in their own skin. Just ignore the critics and don't let them bring you down. Most probably, they feel threatened by you.
And don't stress over getting kissed. It'll happen when it happens. Ain't nobody's business.
